I am also a strength and conditioning coach at the North Hobart Football Club, where I deliver programs to increase player performance on and off the field.
I am passionate about developing not only good footballers, but great young men who in turn become valued members of the Tasmanian community.
My interest in developing young people has led me to Stay ChatTY, and I’m so excited to be delivering about mental health and resilience to sporting clubs across the state.”
Vinnie is a movement coach with a meticulous and methodical approach to physical training and manual therapy. He specialises in reducing/resolving chronic muscle and joint pains, exercise and movement (calisthenics, hand balancing, dancing, capoeira, functional strength, fitness, and stretching), lifestyle management, and nutrition.
For the past 14 years, his passion for healthy living, desire to maximise people's investment in health and enthusiasm for exercise innovation have led him to great success in improving clients; health, fitness, confidence, and productivity via 1-on-1 training, group exercise classes, and workshops.
In addition to private training and therapy sessions, he offers group exercise classes at Strahan Beach Tourist Park.
