2018 Beach to Bay Fun Run

Until the 7th Annual Beach to Bay Countdown

Beach to Bay is a fun run event for all ages and fitness levels consisting of 2km, 6km and 9km courses around Strahan’s picturesque foreshore. With the success of our previous 4 events, we are looking forward to the 2018 event which will be held on Saturday the 4th of November.

Each year we have increased participation from our inaugural event in 2012 and aim to do the same in 2018. We are targeting the wider west coast community, greater Tasmania, schools, families and businesses and invite all age groups and fitness levels to participate or contribute in some way. The aim of the day is participation - no matter who you are or how active you are, you can... walk it, skip it, run it!

The event is timed specifically to encourage all west coast community members to maintain good physical and mental health during our long winter period. The event will finish with a healthy barbecue, mini health and well-being exhibits and a variety of entertainment for the whole family.
