Our Volunteers cannot guarantee they will be in the tent at all times.
Late Registrations
Whist we do not recommend arriving on race day without registering, we do offer an open period for late registrations. Late registrations are cash sales only. There is an ATM on Innes Street outside of Molly's Takeaway, just around the corner from West Strahan Beach. Late registrations - between 8am and 9.00am
Please note that all late registrations incur an penalty fee on top of registration fee.
Parking & Road Closures
Car parking will not be available at the beach. There is parking in Andrew, Bay and Jones streets and in the Strahan Primary School grounds. We recommend arriving early to find a park, so you dont feel rushed. The area is very busy on Race Day!
The Esplanade will be closed from 9am from Bay Street to the roundabout in the town center, reopening after the last race.

Important info for all race participants
Please do not be late to the start area and allow plenty of time for the race briefing
Make sure you have your numbered bib pinned to the FRONT of your singlet, or on a runners number belt
If you must listed to music, please only use 1 ear piece - it is important for your safety and other that you are able to hear everything and everyone
The course is well marked and there will be sufficient marshals to make sure you don't get lost. All marshals will be wearing high vis vests and green hats. Obey any instructions given by police, SES or marshals please.
The walkway is a public path and also a significant section of the course, so there may be pedestrians on the course. Courtesy should be used.
There are water stations (water only) at Regatta Point and Lette's Bay turnaround points. If you have any special drinks you will need to carry them yourself. Make sure you are well rested and hydrated.
There are toilets available at West Strahan Beach, near the town centre roundabout and Regatta Point train station.
If you suffer an injury and need assistance, find the closest marshal who will call 000. There is an ambulance on standby at the start/finish line.
It is very important you do not cross the line a second time at any stage (with or without bib), this interferes with our timing system,
